Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal use items may not be eligible for return once opened. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Process
