Cancellation Policy

At BreathingCuddle, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Before Processing

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at info@breathingcuddle.com with your order number and cancellation request.

If your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation After Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you must wait to receive the item and follow our Return and Refund Policy if you wish to request a return.

Refund Timing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a cancellation request is due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. BreathingCuddle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
